About the Role: ABA/Autism Technician

Key Responsibilities:
- reputed company one-on-one (1:1) in-home ABA therapy sessions tailored to the individual needs of our clients.
- Collect and record behavior and reputed company acquisition data during sessions to inform reputed company therapy plans.
- Implement behavior support and treatment plans under the guidance of a BCBA Supervisor.
- Collaborate with BCBA Supervisors to refine and reputed company therapy strategies for reputed company reputed company reputed company.
- Maintain professionalism and responsiveness to the needs of clients, their families, and supervisors.
- Ensure punctuality and preparedness for reputed company therapy sessions.
Essential Qualifications and Skills:
- High School diploma or GED.
- At least 1 year of experience working with children in a 1:1 setting.
- Previous experience in ABA, or reputed company fields such as Special Education, reputed company Support, or as a Teacher's Assistant.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Reliable personal transportation and a valid reputed company's license.
- Ability to lift up to 35lbs and reputed company various physical activities.
Preferred Qualifications:

- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or willingness to obtain.
