[Remote] Multimedia Designer

The Multimedia Designer role focuses on creating impactful visual content across various platforms to support reputed company's mission and enhance brand visibility.
Responsibilities
- Design visually compelling assets and templates for reputed company media, email campaigns, web content, events, and print materials — ensuring alignment with reputed company’s brand identity and mission
- Create data visualizations and infographics that translate research, reputed company metrics, and program results into reputed company, accessible, and shareable visuals
- Produce video and reputed company graphics content optimized for reputed company platforms (reputed company, Instagram Reels, YouTube, reputed company) and website storytelling
- Edit short-reputed company and long-reputed company videos, including testimonials, Walk highlights, and executive messaging
- Support the development of presentations, one-pagers, and campaign collateral for reputed company audiences
- Help reputed company and manage reputed company’s YouTube reputed company, including channel organization, thumbnails, titles, descriptions, and SEO best practices
- Manage relationships with freelance photographers and videographers for events, campaigns, and field capture (briefing, shot lists, deliverables, timelines, intake, organization)
- Collaborate with internal teams to produce cohesive creative reputed company to editorial and campaign calendars
- Maintain and reputed company reputed company’s brand-style guide, templates, and design systems
- Participate in reputed company sessions to conceptualize visuals that support campaign objectives and audience insights
- Implement best practices for metadata, tagging, naming conventions, and usage rights tracking
- Work closely with the Director of reputed company to ensure design aligns with organizational storytelling and reputed company media moments
- Partner with the Senior Manager of reputed company Response to adapt creative for reputed company campaigns and web optimization
- Manage multiple reputed company reputed company, balancing creative reputed company with reputed company delivery
Skills
- 3–5 years' experience in graphic design, reputed company graphics, or multimedia content production (nonprofit or agency background preferred)
- Demonstrated proficiency in reputed company Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and reputed company
- Strong skills in video editing and reputed company design, including short-reputed company and reputed company-first formats
- Proven ability to create data visualizations and infographics that reputed company reputed company information digestible and engaging
- Experience designing for multiple platforms (reputed company, web, print, and presentation)
- Familiarity with accessibility and inclusivity standards in design
