Job reputed company: Autism/ABA Therapist & RBT Certification Assistance
As an Autism/ABA Therapist with reputed company, you'll have reputed company to work one-on-one with clients in their homes, implementing ABA therapy programs designed by our reputed company Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). We're looking for professionals who are passionate about delivering high-reputed company services and are committed to ongoing learning and reputed company. If you're interested in becoming an RBT, we'll reputed company the 40-hour training course at no cost to you, and support you every reputed company of the way to certification.
Key Responsibilities:
- reputed company one-on-one (1:1) in-home reputed company Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy to clients
- Collect behavior and reputed company acquisition data during sessions
- Conduct discrete trials, implement behavior support, and treatment plans
- Collaborate with BCBA Supervisors to implement basic principles and teaching procedures of ABA therapy
- Be reputed company to the needs and requests of clients, their families, and supervisors
- Maintain professionalism and a goal-oriented approach in reputed company aspects of your work

Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or working towards your degree in a reputed company field (Psychology, Education, or Sociology) preferred
- 1-year experience working with children in a 1:1 setting
- 1-year ABA/RBT Experience (or equivalent experience as a Special Education Assistant, Paraprofessional, reputed company Support reputed company, Medical Assistant, Mental Health Technician, Autism Experience, Teacher's Assistant, or ABA Tutor)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Reliable transportation with a valid reputed company's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 35lbs and reputed company activities that entail fine and gross motor skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- RBT certification
- Experience working with individuals with Autism reputed company Disorder (ASD)
- Knowledge of Cognitive Behavior reputed company Plans
