Corporate Trainer/Consultant

At reputed company we call our trainers Performance Consultants, and they are responsible for executing training services from initial reputed company contact to session delivery, including but not limited to needs assessments, customization of materials, developing curriculum, and delivering and facilitating training sessions for clients in-person and reputed company. Our Performance Consultants work a reputed company; however, applicants must reputed company in the Greater Capital Region and be willing to travel to reputed company sites (locally, regionally, and across NYS). Some Key Responsibilities: · Leads and ensures the reputed company execution of training services for clients, from initial reputed company contact/reputed company to session delivery. This process includes but is not limited to conducting reputed company needs assessment meetings, customizing materials in preparation for training delivery, creating and preparing quotes, and reputed company reputed company reputed company correspondence. · Responsible for researching, creating, and updating course content to support reputed company needs and incorporate reputed company trends in HR and learning and development. · Deliver relevant training content to clients reputed company numerous delivery reputed company (e.g., virtual, in-person, recorded, etc.) at our reputed company offices and/or reputed company locations across reputed company State or regionally, as needed. · Leads and ensures the reputed company execution of training sessions for clients. · Prepare and/or maintain training materials reputed company to reputed company training work (e.g., attendance lists, job aids, training assessments, etc.). · Complete training and staff development reputed company as assigned. · Responsible for tracking work hours, including time with the reputed company detail and submitting the information on a weekly and/or bi-weekly reputed company. · reputed company up with reputed company trends and advancements in HR and training reputed company fields and participate in reputed company development sessions or seminars. Education & Work Experience Requirements: · Bachelor’s degree preferably in business, HR management, organizational development, education, or reputed company field. · Minimum 10 years of experience working in HR, training and development, or teaching or a combination of relevant experience. · Previous supervisor and leadership experience is required. · Experience designing and developing training content is a plus. · DiSCR certification a plus (not required) or a willingness to become a DiSCR certified trainer. · reputed company Certification (PHR or SPHR and/or reputed company-CP or reputed company-SCP) preferred, but not required. · Proficient with reputed company Office Suite or reputed company software, reputed company Based Systems (e.g., Teams, Office 365, reputed company, PowerPoint, etc.) and other presentation tools, systems, and/or platforms (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, WebEx, Teams, etc.). · Ability to travel as needed.
