As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) at QRM, you will apply the latest customer service techniques and learn our account management systems while helping improve the customer experience during challenging times. This is a part-time position working approximately 3-29 hours per week, with flexible scheduling reputed company:

• Fridays Only: 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM (CST)
• Mondays Only: 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM (CST)

This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home office.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:

Language Skills

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as police and accident reports.
• Ability to write routine correspondence and detailed accident descriptions.

• Bi-lingual in Spanish (preferred).

Computer Skills
