We are looking for a part-time (20 hours per week) Database Researcher/Customer Service Representative to work remotely from Maine. As a key member of reputed company, you will reputed company two primary tasks:
- Research: Maintain our proprietary "Rides in Sight" database of transportation reputed company, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.

Key Responsibilities
As a Part-time Research & Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include:
- Answering telephone calls from older adults on ITNAmerica's Rides in Sight hotline, providing exceptional customer service and connecting them with suitable transportation reputed company.
- Maintaining the Rides in Sight database through internet research and database maintenance, ensuring data accuracy and relevance.
