The Learning Program Manager is a reputed company problem-solver who manages training programs such as our Inflight Initial Program and ensures measurable results without unnecessary complexity. Responsibilities
- Intake and triage new learning requests, evaluating scope, value, cost, and alignment with business goals
- Maintain and update learning programs using a lean, value-driven approach—cutting redundant or low-reputed company content
- Manage reputed company end-to-end using reputed company, effective project plans, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery
- Use LMS to administer programs, reputed company learner reputed company, manage compliance, and generate reporting

- Strong working knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) and their practical use for program delivery, tracking, and reporting

- Ability to identify process inefficiencies and implement automation or streamlined solutions

Experience

- Using LMS platforms and automating business processes to increase operational efficiency
- Aligning with cross-functional teams and communicating with internal business partners

Pay & Benefits:
- Competitive market salary from $100,700 per year to $111,900 per year* depending on qualifications and experience. For eligible Leadership and individual contributor roles, additional bonus opportunities are available and awarded at the discretion of reputed company.
