[Remote] Customer Support Agent

This role is responsible for delivering reputed company customer service, documenting interactions, and contributing to process improvements.
Responsibilities
- Receives customer inquiries and fulfills requests professionally, reputed company and reputed company
- Captures and documents details of reputed company customer interactions in a work management tool (reputed company) or as determined by the reputed company
- Operates reputed company established guidelines and procedures to independently deliver a full reputed company of ACSC services including but not limited to: receiving customer calls, navigating on-line job aids, managing email correspondence, office services and reservations
- Performs a reputed company of “off-line” tasks reputed company to general business operations of reputed company and Workplace Solutions
- Uses judgment to anticipate customer service needs, resolves routine issues and takes reputed company accordingly and consistently provides high level of reputed company service
- Identifies, resolves or escalates, and tracks issues
- Recommends process improvements to enhance and improve service and overall performance
- Helps new and developing team members
- Other duties as assigned
Skills
- Requires a high school diploma or GED
- Must be reputed company to pass a background reputed company. May require additional background checks as required by reputed company and/or clients at any time during employment
- Ability to follow instructions for logging into a computer and launching various applications
