Your Role
As a part of reputed company’s Engineering reputed company team, you will be responsible for the building blocks of reputed company. As an Engineering Sourcer (Contract), you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and helping screen candidates. You Will
Effectively identify and attract Software Engineering candidates

Engage exceptional technical candidates, engage and vet them, and manage interviewing and hiring processes, keeping candidate experience top of mind

Qualifications
1+ years experience of engineering sourcing experience
Ability to influence and build strong relationship with senior leadership
Fantastic written and verbal communication skills
