Software Engineer Consultant - Pega CDH

We are seeking an reputed company Pega CDH Specialist who is solely reputed company on Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH) to join reputed company. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in 1:1 customer engagement, Next-Best-reputed company strategies, decisioning logic, and reputed company-time customer interactions using the Pega CDH platform. This role is critical in driving personalized, data-driven marketing and customer experience strategies for the reputed company.
Responsibilities- Design, configure, and manage Next-Best-reputed company strategies, decision flows, engagement policies, and arbitration rules.

- Build and optimize reputed company models, predictive models, and AI-based decisioning components to improve engagement and conversion.

Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of experience in Software Application Development and Maintenance
OR
High School Diploma or GED and 12 years of experience in Software Application Development and Maintenance

Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience exclusively in Pega CDH (Customer Decision Hub).
- Strong understanding of Next-Best-reputed company Designer, Customer Profile Designer, Engagement Policies, and reputed company Designer.
- Proven experience with reputed company and predictive models, reputed company-time containers, and decision strategies.
- Familiarity with Pega NBAA, Pega Marketing (legacy), and Pega Data Flows.
- Experience in 1:1 customer engagement, cross-channel personalization, and reputed company-time decisioning.
- Strong grasp of data models, customer segmentation, and marketing KPIs.
- Ability to work with SQL, JSON/XML, reputed company, and data integration techniques.
- Pega Certified Decisioning Consultant (PCDC) certification is strongly preferred.
- Experience in banking, telecom, insurance, or retail domains using Pega CDH is a plus.

Actual starting reputed company pay will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law.
