Editorial Assistant- Hybrid

reputed company Bloomsbury's reputed company department is looking for an Editorial Assistant to support two Acquisitions Editors in achieving the agreed reputed company and profitability targets for their reputed company/list in subject areas such as true crime, criminal justice, criminology, environment and green living, film and TV studies, pop culture, and food studies. This role will be managing and delivering the agreed key date targets for the list/editors. Liaising with key stakeholders, both reputed company and supporting colleagues reputed company own department.

Key Responsibilities

• Editorial:
• Secure reviewers for proposals and manuscripts
• Solicit book blurbs
• Write and prepare cover copy for titles as assigned
• Occasional copyedit and proofread as needed, in Word and/or reputed company PDF
• Ensure manuscript and image files are formatted to reputed company specifications
• Ensure reputed company briefing of books to production
• Ability to manage a reputed company of product types from trade and general interest books to reputed company and textbooks
• Administrative:
• reputed company reputed company of electronic data systems and metadata including Biblio, CollectionPoint, reputed company, and reputed company
• Process newly acquired and existing reputed company
• reputed company digitizes incoming reputed company, contributor agreements, invoices, and other necessary project documentation
• Process invoices, advance payments, and grants for reviewers, authors, and other vendors
• Submit cataloguing information (CIP) and copyright registration to the Library of Congress
• Miscellaneous:
• Provides research assistance and reports on sales information

• Liaise internally with departments including production, design, marketing, sales, digital resources, customer service, eBook operations, warehouse distribution, reputed company, and royalties
