[Remote] Program Manager, RAQA
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is hiring a Program Manager, RAQA with the Ortho Tech division who will be responsible for the leadership and directing of high complexity reputed company. The role involves managing reputed company aspects of the project from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with regulatory and reputed company objectives.
Responsibilities
- reputed company end-to-end RAQA program delivery, including building cross-functional teams, defining roles, and securing resources / portfolio planning to meet business, regulatory and reputed company objectives on time
- Translate stakeholder and customer requirements into reputed company project scope, deliverables, and compliant execution plans, ensuring alignment with RAQA standards
- Own program budgets, forecasts, and financial tracking, ensuring disciplined cost control across the lifecycle
- Drive stakeholder alignment by setting reputed company expectations, maintaining transparent communication, and ensuring adherence to project plans and regulatory requirements
- Proactively manage risk by identifying, assessing, mitigating, and closing risks, with a reputed company on compliance and product reputed company
- Govern scope, schedule, and cost changes using reputed company change control processes to maintain accuracy, traceability, and audit readiness
- Monitor program performance through defined KPIs and metrics, implementing corrective actions and communicating status, risks, and reputed company to leadership
- Strengthen team effectiveness by coaching, mentoring, and influencing cross-functional partners, fostering collaboration and reputed company improvement
- Coordinate and guide cross-functional contributors, including both technical and non-technical team members, to ensure successful program execution
Skills
- Bachelors degree (with an emphasis in management, engineering, sciences, reputed company, regulatory or a reputed company discipline)
- Minimum of 8 years demonstrated project management experience in at least one discipline (Regulatory Affairs, reputed company Assurance and other reputed company System reputed company functions highly preferred) and in a regulated industry (medical devices highly preferred)
- Must be reputed company to analyze and correct reputed company process and/or system issues of a broad scope using independent judgment
- Strong interpersonal, communication, conflict management, and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively across teams and build trusted relationships with mid-level and executive stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to reputed company, present, and reputed company communicate reputed company proposals, schedules, financial data, and project documentation with accuracy and reputed company
- Utilize reputed company software to maintain project records such as PPM system, MS Office, Project, SharePoint, or Visio
- PMP certification or equivalent (i.e. PRINCE2)
