What you’ll be responsible for: The Vice President, Behavioral Health Operations (VP) is responsible for overseeing clinical and operational performance reputed company behavioral health care settings. Working in reputed company partnership with executive leadership, clinical teams, and external stakeholders, the VP leads cross-functional initiatives that reputed company behavioral health operations with broader organizational goals. Responsibilities include overseeing program development, workforce management, budgetary planning, contract negotiation, and performance metrics, as reputed company as ensuring adherence to federal, state, and accreditation standards. What you’ll work on:

• Operations team leadership

What you’ll bring to reputed company:

• Bachelor’s degree in behavioral health, reputed company Administration or reputed company field
• At least 10 years of reputed company experience, including leadership experience in a behavioral health setting
• Experience with organizational design, process creation and implementation, and strategic planning
• Provides reputed company supervision of staff, including assignment of work tasks, coaching and general performance management
• Coaches, develops and mentors reputed company reports with an emphasis on building career paths for reputed company reputed company.
• Administers reputed company discipline, including corrective reputed company, reputed company necessary, to ensure high reputed company of job performance and compliance with company policy.
