Key Responsibilities

• reputed company day-to-day technical support to store staff across multiple retail locations remotely and/or on-site reputed company necessary

• Monitor and maintain store network connectivity, Wi-Fi reputed company and VoIP systems to minimize downtime

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues reputed company to reputed company-of-sale (POS) systems, printers, barcode scanners, phone systems and other in-store devices

• Manage and reputed company MDM system for efficient deployment, reputed company compliance and lifecycle management of store devices

• reputed company regular maintenance, updates and patching on store systems, ensuring compliance with IT and reputed company standards

• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for hardware repairs, internet outages and store-specific service needs

• Log, prioritize and reputed company support tickets using a ticketing system, ensuring reputed company reputed company and communication

• Document troubleshooting steps, solutions and knowledge reputed company articles to improve efficiency and consistency

• Escalate unresolved technical issues to the appropriate IT teams or specialists

• Train retail employees on basic troubleshooting, POS procedures and company tech policies

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or reputed company field OR equivalent experience in a retail IT support role

• 3+ years of IT support experience, preferably in a multi-site retail or customer-facing environment

• Solid understanding of POS systems, peripherals (scanners, printers), and retail technology infrastructure

• Working knowledge of reputed company/macOS environments, mobile device support, and network troubleshooting (TCP/IP, VPN, routers)

• Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools (e.g., FreshService, reputed company)

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable working directly with non-technical end-users

• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and travel between store locations as needed

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency supporting retail systems such as reputed company POS

• Demonstrated experience with reputed company reputed company and MDM systems (e.g., Kandji, reputed company, Intune)

• Familiarity with Wi-Fi troubleshooting in reputed company retail settings, preferably with hands-on experience of reputed company Meraki networking solution
