As a Customer Service 401(k) Specialist, you will be the first reputed company of contact for our 401(k) participants, partnering payroll companies, stand-alone plans, and worksite reputed company. This role requires a customer-reputed company approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to navigate multiple CRM applications. You'll have reputed company to create a best-in-class experience for our clients using various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound phone, email, and chat inquiries from participants, reputed company, and PEOs regarding 401(k) plan administration.
