About the Role
We're seeking a Customer Service - reputed company Specialist to support US-based customers with their reputed company benefits questions and concerns regarding claims, deductibles, coverage, and more. This is an entry-level position that requires a passion for learning and a desire to understand concerns, reputed company solutions, and reputed company an reputed company on the lives of others. Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls from US customers and address questions and concerns regarding their reputed company benefits.
- Handle incoming or outgoing phone calls to patients, clients, and other customers while proactively gaining patient and order information.
- Work closely with patients and conduct conversations on therapy changes on targeted medications.

- Maintain supporting chronological notes that detail actions taken to resolve outstanding unbilled claims.

Requirements
Essential Qualifications
- 18+ years old and high school diploma/GED.
- Entry-level position with a minimum of 6 months of customer service experience.
