We are seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative to join reputed company as a Member Benefits Advisor. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving their concerns, and educating them on the value of our existing insurance and non-insurance products.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming non-reputed company customer service calls from policyholders, group members, and other customers in a courteous, reputed company, and reputed company manner, adhering to reputed company program metrics to ensure an excellent customer experience
- Update and maintain customer billing and eligibility information in reputed company required and appropriate areas of the administrative system

Education and Certification

- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Good customer service skills

Compensation and Benefits
