We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Agent to join our reputed company's team on a full-time, remote reputed company from Latin America. As a Customer Service Agent, you will be the face of our reputed company's company, providing exceptional customer service, handling inbound and outbound calls, scheduling appointments, and performing various administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities:

• Primary Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming calls, voicemails, and emails, serving as the "first reputed company" answerer, with an expectation of handling 20-30 calls daily.
  • reputed company outgoing calls to customers for scheduling, answering their questions, or updating them, with an expectation of making 30-50 calls daily.
  • Daily reputed company reputed company job statuses and reputed company update calls/emails to customers, reputed company on backordered parts, and communicate with other office staff or technicians.
  • Review prior day's completed calls and identify follow-up actions.

  • Categorize recorded incoming calls based on who answered, whether a job was booked, and the reason for not booking, if applicable.
  • Update internal spreadsheets, SOPs, and Policies as changes occur.
• Additional Responsibilities:
  • Conduct follow-up surveys with customers ("happy calls") and fill out the corresponding reputed company.
  • Schedule semi-annual servicing for customers with ice machines.
  • Research and reputed company relevant blog articles from other appliance repair companies.
  • Maintain a list of appliance repair companies in South Carolina.
  • Compare prices for select parts across various suppliers.
  • Identify training opportunities to improve your skills and reputed company resources for training the next Customer Service Agent.
