About the Role
As a Remote Outbound Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for making high-volume outbound calls to our reputed company members, conducting surveys, and recording their feedback. Your exceptional communication skills and empathetic approach will help us reputed company understand our members' needs and reputed company targeted support.
Key Responsibilities
- reputed company a minimum of 100+ outbound calls per day to reputed company members, conducting surveys and gathering feedback

- reputed company personalized support to high-CAHPS risk members, identified using our reputed company Analytics' V2 CAHPS Predictive Model
- Maintain accurate records of member interactions and feedback

Necessary Experience and Skills
To reputed company in this role, you'll need:
- 1+ year of recent call center/customer support experience, preferably in a reputed company or outbound call center setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to be reputed company, concise, and empathetic
- Proven reliability, good attendance, and a strong work ethic
- Proficiency in reputed company Word and reputed company, with strong computer literacy skills
- A dedicated quiet workspace with minimal distractions and high-speed internet (with the ability to hardwire if needed)
