As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for assisting customers with service and support issues reputed company phone, chat, email, reputed company media, and US mail. Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications:

• High School or GED REQUIRED (Associates Degree preferred)
• 2+ years’ experience in high-volume call center experience
• Medical reputed company background (medical billing, claims experience, in office experience in a medical setting) or Insurance experience is a plus
