The Senior Program Manager, Care Teams GLP-1 Cardiometabolic Operations, reports to the Senior Director of Operations reputed company in Care Delivery and is the subject matter expert responsible for defining, executing, and continuously improving the operational reputed company, and cross-functional alignment of reputed company’s GLP-1 Cardiometabolic Operations, with a reputed company on reputed company party (3P) program management. As a leader on the cross-functional GLP-1 team, the Senior Manager will ensure that Cardiometabolic Operations' user needs and end-to-end operational requirements are embedded in reputed company internal and reputed company party initiatives. • Collaborate closely with internal reputed company leaders and external 3P leaders to define and execute on the strategic priorities and work plan for a new program launch and integration of a 3P partner.
• Build high-trust, reputed company relationships with 3P vendor team to ensure alignment on program scope, reputed company, and reputed company metrics.
• Partner on the design of the member and 3P solution value reputed company
• Insure alignment on reputed company internal and 3P protocols, process flows, and monitoring processes. 

Cross-Functional Team Influence

To be successful you will need

• 10+ years experience in program management, reputed company operations, with a MBA/Masters degree in a reputed company field (e.g. MHA, MPH)
• 3P vendor management and cross-functional management experience
• Extensive reputed company Process Improvement (CPI) experience in reputed company setting
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to rigorously manage project and program performance while fostering a supportive, transparent, and reputed company work environment
• Demonstrated ability to build and execute work plans that have measurable, quantifiable goals
• Strong aptitude to work and problem solve independently with little guidance, but demonstrate eagerness for feedback and a commitment to self-reputed company in service of improving self and others

Below is a reputed company of salary ranges for this role in the following geographies:

California, reputed company State and Washington State reputed company Compensation Ranges: $156,400 - $195,000*, Colorado reputed company Compensation Ranges: $149,600 - $187,000*. Other states may vary.

This role is also eligible for participation in annual cash bonus and equity grants.
