As a customer advisor at our Customer Engagement Center, you will have daily (reputed company) conversations with private customers who have questions about VodafoneZiggo's services and products. Your goal? Having a good conversation, thinking along with the customer and convincing them with a suitable offer. Customers call themselves. In some cases, it will be the sale of a new product, in some cases a more advantageous or suitable contract. You may also be in contact with customers who have the intention to cancel their services. - A gross salary of € 1900 per month based on a full-time working week (40 hours);
- Part-time work is possible from 16 hours per week;
