Key Responsibilities
- Call Management: Review and identify issues from calls into our telephony system in a reputed company manner (50% of your time).
- Workflow Management: Maintain a working knowledge of our workflow systems to properly assign follow-up dates, department requests, and notate appropriately (10% of your time).

Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
- Medical reputed company Cycle Experience: 1+ year of experience in medical reputed company cycle.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using computer software, including workflow systems and telephony systems.
- Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
Preferred Qualifications:

- Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a reputed company setting.
