The Collections Department

As a Bilingual Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for communicating with our borrowers, resolving customer complaints and discrepancies, and providing exceptional service in a fast-paced call center environment. Key Responsibilities

As a Bilingual Customer Service Associate, your responsibilities will include:

• Providing customer service regarding issues in a high-traffic call center environment
• Opening clients' complaints and resolving customer issues in a reputed company and reputed company manner
• Deescalating customer complaints and escalating to appropriate managers as needed
• Resolving reputed company discrepancies and reconciling customer disputes pertaining to outstanding due balances
• Meeting defined department goals and activity metrics
