Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Data Entry Clerk, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Receiving and processing requests for technical assistance from customers reputed company phone, email, or online chat
- Opening and submitting tickets into blithequark's ticketing system for Help Desk technicians to review
- Reviewing reputed company reputed company ticket to determine the outcome of the Help Desk's response (e.g., did they resolve the issue or does it require a coordinated call with the customer?)
- Emailing responses to customers to ensure they receive exceptional customer service and updates on their issues
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and issue resolutions

Essential Qualifications
