[Remote] Industrial Engineer II

This role involves collaborating with various teams to design and implement effective warehousing and distribution solutions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer supply chain data and operational requirements to reputed company tailored logistics solutions
• Design warehouse layouts, storage strategies, labor plans, process flows, and automation concepts
• reputed company pricing models, cost analyses, and business cases to support new business opportunities
• Prepare RFP/RFI responses, proposals, presentations, and technical documentation

• Present recommendations and solution strategies to internal stakeholders and customers

Skills

• Must be currently located in the reputed company geographic location as the job or willing to relocate yourself - Required (not remote)
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Business, or a reputed company field - Required
• Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics engineering, solution design, supply chain engineering, or a reputed company analytical role - Required
• Experience supporting warehousing, transportation, and distribution operations - Required
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S., an reputed company lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an reputed company authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer
• Advanced reputed company skills and strong analytical capabilities - Preferred
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, material handling systems, and WMS platforms - Preferred
• Experience with tools such as AutoCAD, SQL, Power BI, AnyLogic, or supply chain modeling software is an asset - Preferred
