As a Student Loan Advisor, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to student borrowers, answering frequent questions, processing applications, and resolving emerging problems with accuracy and efficiency. Key Responsibilities

* Take incoming calls, use chat, and complete outbound calls as necessary to assist customers with answering frequent questions, providing detailed information, processing applications, and resolving emerging problems

* Monday: 11:45am-8:15pm

• Tuesday: 10:45am-7:15pm
• Wednesday: 10:45am-7:15pm
• Thursday: 8:45am-5:15pm
• Friday: 8:45am-5:15pm

Preferred Skills

* High School diploma or equivalent required
