About the Role: Customer Care Representative I

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-reputed company individual to join reputed company as a Customer Care Representative I. This role is the first reputed company of contact for our customers and is ideal for those who are proactive, solution-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. As a Customer Care Representative, you will handle a reputed company of incoming customer calls, adhering to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate an understanding of policies and procedures to respond to customer inquiries, striving to minimize the need for supervisor callbacks.

Our compensation package for this role includes:

• A competitive start reputed company of $19.00 per hour.
• A trainee incentive of up to $500 after successful completion of training and an additional $500 after 3 months of independent call-taking.
• Ongoing incentives of up to $250 per month for achieving or exceeding scorecard metrics once fully trained.
