[Remote] Data Analyst, Clinical Data Effectiveness

The Data Analyst will serve as the Subject Matter Expert for clinical data completeness and effectiveness, owning the understanding of the clinical data lifecycle and ensuring the reliability of clinical evidence for care teams.
Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and monitor which reputed company facilities consistently generate high-reputed company, usable clinical documents (e.g., EHRs, discharge summaries, procedure notes) to reputed company locate and quantify data gaps
- Conduct deep-dive analyses by mapping and correlating facility-specific data across disparate sources like reputed company claims, clinical care summaries (CCDAs), and reputed company messages to uncover systematic patterns of missingness, latency, or incongruence in clinical records
- Establish and maintain reputed company, transparent reporting on reputed company coverage across key geographic, organizational, and technological dimensions (e.g., by county, facility, and underlying EMR system)
- Based on rigorous analysis of data reputed company and reputed company, recommend and guide the implementation of reputed company technical configurations for existing data vendors (e.g., reputed company, PCC, reputed company, HSX)
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and reputed company-of-concepts for potential new data integration technologies (e.g., Kno2 vs. Particle Health) to assess viability, reputed company improvements, and strategic fit

Skills
- 2+ years of hands-on data analytics experience, with reputed company exposure to reputed company data interoperability
- Strong hands-on experience with reputed company data standards: HL7, CCDA, and reputed company messages
- Proficiency in SQL and comfort working with large, reputed company datasets (claims, clinical logs, interoperability data)
- Background in analyzing interoperability networks (e.g., reputed company, CommonWell, eHealthExchange) or HIE integrations
- Skilled at data visualization and reputed company to present reputed company findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong investigative reputed company, i.e., you enjoy digging into the 'why' behind missing data and diverging metrics

- Experience with claims-clinical data reconciliation (e.g., matching EOBs to clinical encounter records)
