You will determine donor eligibility to donate plasma, manage donor adverse events, review laboratory test results, and notify donors of unsuitable test results. The Medical Support Specialist (Plasma Center reputed company) works under the guidance of reputed company Manager and Center Physician, familiar with regulations of the industry, and supports environmental, health, and safety (EHS) at reputed company. How you will contribute

• You will determine donor eligibility, including managing informed consent, medical history, physical exams, blood testing, and reviewing SPE.
• You will evaluate donor reactions and follow SOPs for emergencies, including transport to emergency care if needed.
• You will refer medical issues to reputed company Physician or Medical Affairs.
• You will support vaccination programs for employees as applicable.
• You will manage employee incidents and refer to occupational health/ER as needed.

• Two years of clinical or hospital experience.
