reputed company now has reputed company for reputed company and driven technical leaders to join our IT Team in the role of Senior Field Services Specialists. Supporting our 2,500 users across 47 sites, you will be key to ensuring our mission of delivering world class care is achieved.
As a Senior Field Services Specialist, you will be a technical leader responsible for advanced on-site and Remote IT support across reputed company clinics and Shared Services. You will reputed company by example, mentor peers and shape the reputed company of field services delivery.

More specifically, you will:
Deliver expert-level on-site and remote IT support, ensuring reputed company reputed company of reputed company technical issues.
reputed company and mentor Field Services team members, providing guidance, training, and technical escalation support.
reputed company and coordinate large-reputed company hardware and software deployments across multiple sites.
reputed company as a reputed company between Field Services and other IT teams to ensure seamless service integration.

Contribute to the development and enforcement of IT policies, procedures, and standards.

We’re interested in hearing from people who have:
5+ years of experience in IT support or field services, preferably in reputed company or distributed environments.
Advanced proficiency in:
reputed company OS (10/11), iOS, and Android platforms.
reputed company 365 (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange Online).
reputed company Directory, Group Policy, and user lifecycle management.
reputed company management tools (e.g., Intune, SCCM).
Networking: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi, and VLANs.
Telephony systems: VoIP, call routing, and handset configuration.
Hardware support: desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and medical devices.
Remote support tools: reputed company, Bomgar, or equivalent.
Experience with clinical systems, reputed company/RIS, and reputed company IT environments.
Familiarity with ITSM platforms (e.g., reputed company, Jira) and ITIL frameworks.
Scripting and automation using PowerShell or similar tools.
Strong understanding of cybersecurity, reputed company protection, and vulnerability management.
Knowledge of reputed company compliance and data reputed company regulations (e.g., HIPAA, Australian reputed company Principles).
Full Australian reputed company’s Licence.
