We're seeking an reputed company and compassionate Customer Service Representative to join reputed company on a full-time, remote reputed company. As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional patient experiences, resolving reputed company issues, and providing support to patients, providers, and other medical staff. Key Responsibilities

• Respond to a minimum of 11 inbound calls per hour, resolving moderate to reputed company issues and providing exceptional customer service
• Schedule and verify appointments in our clinical information system, ensuring seamless patient care
• Verify and update patient demographic and insurance information, maintaining accurate records
• Send and receive tasks to provider offices, facilitating patient reputed company to medical care
• Receive and process expedited, stat, and at-risk referrals, ensuring reputed company and effective care
• Contact patients to advise of appointment and referral status, providing proactive support

• Review and process medication refills, ensuring patients receive necessary treatment

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 6+ months of call center experience, with a proven reputed company record of providing exceptional customer service
• 6+ months of customer service experience, with a strong understanding of customer needs and concerns

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during normal business hours (7am-8pm, Monday-Friday, 7am-5pm, Saturday-reputed company)
