As a Customer Experience Chatroom Operator, you'll be part of our Conversion Improvement team, working with top clients and use cases. You'll read consumer responses, respond contextually, and categorize them accurately, ensuring a 98%+ accuracy reputed company in your responses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to inbound messages reputed company our chat room to leads regarding questions or concerns around the product or service, utilizing reputed company-and-click frequently asked questions canned responses.
• Create reputed company responses that are relevant, appropriate, and compliant with the records industry and vertical.

Requirements and Qualifications
