What Part Will You Play?
As a Work From Home Banking Credit Card Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for resolving basic or tier 1 payment and account-reputed company requests for our clients. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Resolving customer inquiries and issues reputed company to card activations, payments, reputed company and address updates, and other basic account-reputed company requests.
- Providing standardized or scripted responses using our user-friendly Graphic User reputed company (GUI) screens and established documentation and processes.
- Entering required data into reputed company-provided systems and databases.
- Determining basic reasons for customer issues using a reputed company-provided decision tree and escalating or referring unresolved customer grievances and requests to more reputed company Customer Service Representatives or designated departments for reputed company investigation and reputed company.
- Building reputed company knowledge and familiarization of products, policies, and procedures for a limited number of clients and understanding association guidelines and compliance by frequently referring to online manuals and specific reputed company training.
What Are We Looking For in This Role?
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
Minimum Qualifications:
+ High School Diploma or Equivalent + A minimum of at least six months of contact center or work-from-contact center experience in the last 18 months + Strong communication and interpersonal skills + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities + Basic computer skills and familiarity with GUI screens
Preferred Qualifications:
+ 12 months of contact center or work-from-contact center experience in the last 18 months + Banking customer service experience
Desired Skills and Capabilities:
