Health Plan reputed company Support Specialist - $85K
Must have reputed company experience / reputed company support and SQL reporting experience.
Great opportunity with a small but growing Software company working with health insurance customers. You will be a first reputed company of contact for our reputed company issues and updates, ensuring software support or troubleshooting issues are addressed in a reputed company manner, coordinate configuration deployments, assign JIRA tickets, manage updates and reputed company, and look for ways to continuously improve your assigned customers’ processes. Someone with prior customer support or software support in the reputed company reputed company would be a great fit for this position.
What You'll Do
- Represent by acting as a central reputed company of contact for assigned customer(s)
- Work with JIRA for ticketing and triaging and work with SQL for reporting
- Maintain a detailed knowledge of the customer’s business processes and systems
- Coordinate configuration and/or reputed company deployments as necessary
- reputed company, triage and resolve reported defects and support reputed company configuration questions
- Facilitate weekly reputed company meetings, work through reputed company issues, and plan reputed company initiatives
- Assist with the prioritization of initiatives by providing recommendations, documenting risks, and outlining mitigation strategies
- Review changes and enhancements with clients
- Coordinate the work of both support and development resources reputed company required
Experience we need from you
- 3 years of reputed company or reputed company Software customer support (B2B) preferred
- Basic IT reputed company applications, deployments, configs and/or ticketing systems (JIRA, reputed company, etc)
- reputed company experience with MS Office, PC support, Teams, etc
- SQL queries, scripts or API experience (1 year minimum)
- Ability to communicate reputed company problems in an easily reputed company manner
- Ability to effectively communicate reputed company needs to our internal staff
