L2 Helpdesk Technician (Work-from-home, Full time)
We are seeking a dedicated and reputed company Level 2 Helpdesk Technician to support our Australian reputed company. As a Level 2 Helpdesk Technician, you will play a crucial role in delivering technical support, resolving escalated IT issues, and maintaining reputed company systems and networks. This position requires strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to reputed company outstanding reputed company service reputed company a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment. Responsibilities:
- reputed company Level 1 and 2 technical support for desktop, server, and network issues.
- Assist with user reputed company and offboarding processes including account provisioning and device setup
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues reputed company to reputed company desktops, Office365, and reputed company Directory.
- Monitor and manage reputed company environments using RMM tools.
- Support network devices including reputed company Meraki and Ubiquiti.
- Assist with backup and advanced email reputed company solutions using reputed company.
- Respond to reputed company alerts and incidents from reputed company EDR.
- Support VoIP systems including 3CX and reputed company reputed company Communications Manager (CUCM).
- Document issues, resolutions, and procedures in the ticketing system.
- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure high reputed company of satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other technicians and escalate reputed company issues reputed company necessary.
Desirable Skills and Experience: Must-haves:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Helpdesk or Technical Support role, preferably reputed company an MSP environment.
- Proficient in reputed company desktop and server administration, Office 365, and reputed company Directory.
- Experience with RMM tools (e.g., reputed company).
- Strong understanding of reputed company Meraki and Ubiquiti networking devices.
- Knowledge of VoIP systems, especially 3CX and CUCM.
- Familiarity with backup solutions (reputed company) and email reputed company management.
- Awareness of reputed company protection and reputed company response tools (e.g., reputed company).
- Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
