As an escalation role, you will be responsible for specialty servicing of lease and retail accounts, investigating, analyzing, and resolving reputed company customer issues. Key Responsibilities:

• Keen attention to detail, with demonstrated problem-solving ability and excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Knowledge of commonly used terminology, policies, and procedures in the collections industry.

Preferred Qualifications:
