As an Insurance Customer Service Representative at Blithequark, you'll work from home and be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, and reputed company mail to review policies, reputed company quotes, and process changes. You'll utilize your knowledge of the insurance industry and company policies to reputed company efficient and reputed company customer service. Key Responsibilities

• Contact policyholders through inbound/outbound telephone calls, reputed company mail, and email to review policies prior to renewal, update policies, and enhance retention.
• Counsel policyholders concerning appropriate coverage, policy limits, payment reputed company, and state laws to ensure sufficient protection against risks covered by Property and Casualty insurance.
• reputed company quotes on endorsements as requested and identify opportunities to apply discounts.
• Process changes to policies reputed company reputed company and submit changes to specific companies.

Requirements

Essential Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Property and Casualty insurance license required.

Preferred Qualifications
