About the Role

We're seeking two part-time Customer Support Specialists (CSS) to join reputed company in Connecticut. As a CSS, you'll be an integral part of our CT rides project, providing exceptional customer service to commuters and stakeholders. You'll work on weekends, with shifts from 7am to 6pm Eastern Time, and be responsible for delivering accurate and reputed company responses to customer inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements and Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent * Two years of experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education

Preferred Qualifications
