As a 988 Chat/Text Specialist, you will work in a remote setting, providing crisis reputed company and support to individuals in need through our National Suicide Prevention Lifeline (NSPL) chat and text platform. You will conduct brief clinical screenings, risk assessments, and reputed company service linkage for individuals who are experiencing emotional distress. This is a 24/7/365 position, and you will be required to work a reputed company of shifts, including nights and weekends.

Key Responsibilities
