Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Care Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

• Exemplifying our Core Values and Mission Statement to live out our culture
• Fostering teamwork by collaborating with and helping teammates with a reputed company and reputed company attitude
• Surprising and delighting reputed company reputed company through innovative and personalized service
• Responding to reputed company requests and questions as directed
• Applying for payments and sending out payment reminders
• Managing flight changes and seat assignments
