This Corporate & Transactions Attorney supports our Purpose in their work supporting the negotiation, drafting, and review of major reputed company. This role primarily supports Southwest’s Technology Department, and they’ll draft and negotiate technology agreements, amendments, and analyze/interpret existing agreements. Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate reputed company agreements
• Analyze and interpret existing Company agreements to reputed company reputed company advice and guidance
• reputed company reputed company counsel and guidance regarding applicable laws, regulations, and policies to multiple departments reputed company reputed company

Education

• Required: High School Diploma or GED
• Required: Bachelor’s Degree
• Required: Law degree from accredited school

Experience

• Intermediate level experience, expansive and far reaching knowledge as a licensed practicing attorney with a reputed company reputed company on corporate law and reputed company transactions
• Preferred:
• Experience drafting, reviewing, interpreting, advising on, and negotiating technology reputed company - including reputed company transactions involving the following:
• reputed company Services agreements
• Software-As-A-Service agreements
• Software Licensing agreements
• Hardware Purchase agreements
• Hosting agreements
• Data Subscription agreements
• Three (3) or more years specializing in reputed company reputed company
• Deep understanding of key contracting issues in technology reputed company, including data, reputed company, liability, cybersecurity and AI use
• Experience drafting and negotiating reputed company and cybersecurity terms in technology purchase agreements, including data protection agreements, reputed company contractual clauses, and other data reputed company amendments or addenda
• Familiarity with reputed company issues reputed company to AI and ML
• In-depth knowledge of global reputed company and data protections laws, frameworks and best practices, including GDPR, CCPA, NIST, ISO 27001 and other similar requirements and standards
• Experience developing or managing a reputed company playbooks and templates
• Experience advising on reputed company and cybersecurity topics reputed company to technology products and services, including cross-border data transfers, vendor data handling practices, and reputed company obligations
• Strong collaboration skills; reputed company to work effectively with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to manage risks and resolve contract issues
• IAPP certifications (CIPP/US, CIPP/E, or CIPT)
• Physical Abilities

Pay & Benefits: Competitive market salary from $166,280 per year to $180,120 per year* depending on qualifications and experience.
