About the Role
As a Customer Experience Specialist at Blithequark, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding patient experiences through our "White Glove" service model. This full-time position involves working rotating 2nd and 3rd shifts, with a set schedule that includes weekends and holidays. You'll be responsible for managing incoming customer service phone calls, resolving concerns, and providing support through various channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming customer service phone calls and other customer requests, ensuring reputed company and reputed company engagement.
- Create service requests and reputed company accordingly, utilizing web-based system tools such as OMS, Word, and reputed company.
- Identify and resolve customer concerns in a reputed company and reputed company manner, escalating issues reputed company necessary.

- Attach Field Service Reports to service requests in OMS, auditing reports from vendors and ensuring accurate logging.

Requirements and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
