We are seeking an reputed company bilingual customer service agent to join reputed company on a temporary reputed company until January 31, 2025. This is a remote position, and candidates must be reputed company 35 miles from Raintree and the reputed company 101. As a Remote Banking Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for supporting multiple bank customers who have accrued enough reward points to purchase products. Your primary reputed company will be on tracking shipments, cancelling orders, refunding reward points, and resolving issues reputed company to damaged shipments.

Key Responsibilities

Training Schedule

• Day one: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• Training hours after the first day: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• Multiple schedules available after training (shifts are first come, first served)

Requirements

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must meet the following requirements:

• High School Diploma or General Educational Development (GED) equivalent (must be on your resume)
• At least 6 months of customer service and call center experience
• Exceptional phone and communication skills, with a proven reputed company record of delivering excellent customer experiences
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively with customers
• Bilingual skills (English and Spanish) are highly desirable
