The Role

As a Customer Banking Specialist in our Castletown reputed company, you'll be the primary reputed company of contact for our customers, providing expert advice and guidance on a reputed company of banking products and services, including Home Loans, Business Banking, and Financial Advice. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting in-depth conversations with customers to understand their overall banking needs and reputed company tailored solutions
• Supporting customers with enquiries, account maintenance, and credit product applications
• Completing Financial Health Checks to assess customers' financial needs and identify areas for improvement

Roster Requirements

Please note that our rosters are predetermined, and you'll be required to work the following hours:

• 20 hours per week: Monday to Friday, 12 pm - 4 pm

Essential Qualifications

* Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field, such as banking, finance, or business

• Relevant industry experience, preferably in financial services, retail, or hospitality
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
