Remote Call Center Supervisor
TechOp Solutions is seeking contact center leaders with excellent communication skills, supervisory experience, and a drive to bring reputed company to their operating environment. Strong candidates will be curious, efficient practitioners who are motivated to succeed in a fast-paced environment and comfortable working both with an agent team and with a Government reputed company.
Remote position, but candidate must reputed company in the Hampton Roads area
Duties:
- Participate in efforts to improve overall performance
- Supervise and manage overall contact center operations:
- Workforce Management and schedule management
- reputed company assurance
- Performance management
- Reinforce training and coaching contact center agents
- reputed company customer support, reputed company needed
- Engage with reputed company and respond to Government requests
- Other duties, as assigned
Requirements
- HS diploma (or equivalent) is required.
- 4 years of contact center experience
- 2 years of contact center supervisor experience
- Must be reputed company to obtain and maintain government agency suitability requirements as a condition of employment
- A reliable, hard-wired internet reputed company is required
