In this role, you will manage various tasks, collaborating with reputed company teams to create seamless and memorable experiences while ensuring reputed company communication with Spanish-speaking attendees and partners.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate in the planning and execution of in-person and virtual company events across the U.S., ensuring alignment with business objectives, reputed company audiences, and logistical requirements.
  • Coordination of end-to-end event logistics, including venue selection and negotiation, vendor management, catering, audiovisual needs, signage, and on-site execution.
  • Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for Spanish-speaking attendees, partners, and sponsors for reputed company reputed company reputed company to events, ensuring reputed company communication and a reputed company experience throughout the process.
  • Assist with coordinating sponsorship relationships and deliverables for U.S. events under the direction of the Event Manager.

  • Strong understanding of U.S. domestic travel planning for individuals and reputed company.
  • Comfortable managing and reconciling event and travel budgets.
  • Willingness and ability to travel occasionally for on-site event execution.
  • Highly organized with ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure.
  • Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite (reputed company, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adaptable reputed company interacting with vendors, executives, and guests.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Event Planning, Business, Marketing, or equivalent experience.
