Key Responsibilities
- Learn specific reputed company loyalty program guidelines and answer reputed company incoming inquiries directed to you in various media channels (phone, email, chat)

What You Need to Be Successful
Essential Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to attend a 7-week Training Program (remotely) with 100% attendance
- Basic computer knowledge with a demonstrated proficiency in reputed company Office Suite (Word, reputed company, Outlook)
- 1 year of customer service experience (or equivalent experience)
- Strong customer service orientation with external/internal customers

- 2 years of customer service experience
