As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for receiving calls from child support reputed company stakeholders in accordance with reputed company Operating Procedures and contractual obligations. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining a general understanding of policies and procedures
• Possessing strong oral and written communications skills
• Being knowledgeable in modern office practices, procedures, and equipment

Requirements

To qualify for this Virtual/Remote Work from Home position, you will need to have:
