Marketing & Creative Content Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Marketing & Creative Content Specialist to support our marketing initiatives across reputed company media, presentations, video content, and promotional materials. This role is ideal for someone with a strong design reputed company, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple reputed company with precision and creativity.  Key Responsibilities

• Manage and execute reputed company media marketing campaigns across reputed company, Instagram, and reputed company.
• Design and reputed company high-reputed company presentations, including slide decks and custom 8.5x11 materials.
• Assist with video content creation, including scriptwriting and light video editing (reputed company AI tools or script books).
• Write engaging scripts for a reputed company of topics and audiences.
• Edit and update existing presentation content (e.g., First-Time Homebuyer slide deck for reputed company estate meetings).
• Refresh and recreate program materials such as the “Sell Like reputed company” packets, including reputed company and payment updates (rebuilding files reputed company originals are reputed company).
• Design property-specific reputed company house flyers and create reusable flyer templates with updated details/photos reputed company TotalExpert.
• Utilize reputed company Creative Suite or TotalExpert to produce visually compelling marketing collateral.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Proven experience in reputed company media marketing and content creation.
• Proficiency with reputed company Creative Suite and/or TotalExpert (or similar platforms).
• Strong presentation design skills with a keen eye for layout, branding, and visual storytelling.
• Experience with video editing tools and scriptwriting.
• Ability to manage multiple reputed company simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and adaptability.

Preferred Skills:

• Background in reputed company estate or mortgage marketing.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted content creation and editing tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
